By accessing or using the Client Intake Pro application ("the App") operated by Steele Inspirations ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Client Intake Pro is a business management platform designed for trust consultants to manage client consultations, track sales performance, manage commissions, and integrate with third-party tools such as Google Calendar. Access to the App is by invitation only and is limited to authorized users.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You may not share your account with others or allow unauthorized access.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Upload or transmit any harmful, offensive, or malicious content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its infrastructure.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
• Use the App to store or transmit false or misleading client information.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App.

5. Google Integration

The App offers optional integration with Google Calendar. By connecting your Google account, you authorize us to access your calendar data as described in our Privacy Policy. You may revoke this access at any time through your Google Account settings. Your use of Google services is also subject to Google's Terms of Service.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of data as described therein.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are the exclusive property of Steele Inspirations and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the App without prior written permission.

8. Client Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all client data you enter into the App. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and process that data solely for the purpose of providing the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to enter and store any client information in the App.

9. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We are not responsible for any losses or damages resulting from your use of the App.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Steele Inspirations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
